- Deadlift

*Count weight used for each set.

Example:

10 reps – 50kg

8 reps – 55kg

6 reps – 60kg

4 reps – 65kg

2 reps – 70kg

Total weight = 300kg

- 100 Slam Ball Cleans

- 80 Sumo DeadLift High Pulls 95/65lbs

- 60 Slam Ball Cleans

- 40 Push Press 95/65lbs

- 20 Slam Ball Cleans
