- Strict Toes To Bar

(60m Sled Pull after every set)

WOD:

- Max Slam Ball Squat Cleans in 3 Minutes

- Max KB Snatches in 3 Minutes 24/16kg

- Max Calorie Row in 3 Minutes

- Max Med Ball Sit Ups  in 3 Minutes

*Rest 1 minute between rounds, score = reps!
